Fireside Project

This project involved removing a previous porch addition and an existing deck in order to construct an addition and a structurally engineered new deck for outdoor seating. This project required two variances from the City as well as other governmental actions in order to get permitting approved. The new deck’s center piece is a gas fire pit and custom designed lighting. This deck creates a wonderful environment for appetizers and cocktails the restaurant’s guests. The addition allows for more storage and a serving prep area.
